I am unable to access my lineone email address and when i try to log in it shows the message invalid password. Despite numerous calls to TalkTalk this has not been resolved and tonight the help desk told me they were not supporting these old email accounts. This is not accepable as no one has informed me about this. All I want is my password reset so I can access my emails. The call centre were unable to pass me to the network team and have raised another escalation case, but as this has been done before and nothing has happened, I am not holding my breath. Talktalk seem to be a communications company that cant communicate.
