Dear OCEKarl and Senior Management team.
Firstly a big thumbs up for securing BT Sport as I was consdering switching to them for their sports package although they don't have all the Sky Sports channels like you do.
The loss of these channels especially Discovery and Animal Planet is extremely disappointing and has made my mind most certain that I will switch to BTs offering when my contract is up - only a couple of months to pass.
I will move to BT to get Animal Planet and Discovery in High Definition as well, BT Sports and Sky Sports 1 and 2. You guys really messed up, these are flagship channels you are removing - you didn't expect their loss to go unnoticed?
You also need more HD content, you can't rely upon SD streams forever. I'll be packing my bags soon.
