If you are using powerline adapters for the box I found turning them off and on again did actually solve the problem.
I think another device had connected using the same ip address that the tv box had the previous day then when the lease expired and another device took that ip adress the tv box still tried to use the same one and was unable to connect.
Don't use the tv box much now as I can view just about whatever I want using a firestick which doesn't constantly present me with new error codes and has a remote control that actually works (once you figure out how to use it).
