Hi,
We've lost our internet channels, it's just a black screen on channels 301 etc., and then error 6023 comes up. We can get on demand etc. and our computer has no problem connecting to the internet.
I've reset/rebooted everything several times, retuned the channels and software update [it says that we have latest software]and still no joy.
Could anyone help please? I just can't face contacting support again, that's a nightmare!
