Unfortunately, I won't be holding my breath regarding anything definitive coming from those at TT HQ.
They may think they can mug off their customers on a continual basis, but given their current position I believe it is a perilous route to take - financially speaking - especially, alienating a significant customer base that has stayed loyal through turbulent times.
What next cap internet usage or crank up the phone bills again? And don't get me started on the much touted 4G on mobile!
