Thats it! I've had it with TT TV.

The hardware is rubbish and constantly grindng to a complete standstill requiring a factory reset.

The software is flaky in the extreme and needs constant reboots to keep the IP channels functioning.

The PVR is more of a gamble than the Lottery as to what it will deign suitable to record from the various suggestions you have given it.

The non-existant customer service (nuff said) and the complete disregard for customer satsfaction once they have you in their vice like grip with a contract.

Despite all of that I would have stayed with them as TT is a more practicle alternative than Sky for me due to the block I'm in not being suitable for a shared Sky dish and the lease prevents us putting one up ourselves. But this has tipped me over the edge. Clearly TT have either been unwilling or unable to reach a settlement with Discovery Networks but dressing it up with a bogus explanation about this being for our benefit and then compensating us with a hastily assembled 'film club' selection of 20 movies (5 of which will change each month, be still me racing heart) is absolute BS and about what I have come to expect from TT.

Unfortunately I think I am still under contract for BB and the main TV service but I will be dropping the boosts immediately (I don't have films and sport as they are of no interest to me). As soon as the contract is up I'll be off to a broadband only provider as there are plenty of other ways for me to get IPTV that don't involve having to put up with the s#!* that TT dishes out to it's 'valued' customers.
