Hi Marc,
As the original contract at the time of receiving the youview box has run it's course, they you will not be charged for the youview box. You may of course be charges a contract breakage fee for the current contract, but I'm sure you are aware of that.
I've put a note on your account advising that you will not be charged for the you view box, so if you speak to our CS colleagues regarding this, ask them to read my note and they will adjust things for you accordingly.
