For what it's worth I've emailed a long and highly disgruntled missive to TT setting out our displeasure as a family.
Access to Discovery and a seemingly better selection of 'live' channels than BT was a big factor in our decision to renew our contract so we're feeling pretty fed up to say the least.
We don't really watch films - if we did we'd subscribe to the many film channels available - we enjoy documentaries, hence why Discovery/Animal Planet were particularly of interest to us.
In the short term we're going to reduce our boost subscriptions to the minimum and use Netflix/Prime more from now on before looking at a move to BT when the get-out penalty has reduced to a manageable amount.
