Youview box won't work

I've tried absolutely everything to try and get the box to work, it won't let me change channel, go onto recordings, basically nothing! I've reset the whole box and that didn't work, now in the process of retuning channels but it's been stuck on 1% for an hour and I can't cancel it or I won't get all available channels, even though nothings working anyway. What more can I do?
