Thank you for your reply. I've had trouble posting my reply so sorry i've not acknowledged your help!!

There has already been an escalation raised...but it didn't work so another one is a good idea... thats when i was told my full package would be active by last Tuesday 27th...but very disappointed because this did not happen. Was told then that my order had got stuck in the system. About time it was unstuck. so i can view the package i signed up for. I don't know why it takes TT so long to do anything about it. They know what the problem is but just aren't doing anything to rectify it. Such a bad service.
