Re: Constant interruption to Internet channels on YouView

Hi Karl,

 

Many thanks for sending out the router - grealty appreciated.  It does appear a bit better with the internet channels on the TV however I am getting a loss of internet for approx 30-60 secs intermittently throughout the day on most days.  The red llight for the internet also comes on on the router (and on the old one as well when it occurs).  I also have an error message if I'm on the PC stating something like 'intermittent sync'.

 

I had this problem a while ago and it was rectified then.  Not sure why it seems to have come back again.  As before, nothing else has changed at all with any hardware or settings at my end.

 

Can you assist?
