I am one of your TalkTalk TV triallists. Lynne Smith of TalkTalk Trials emailed me on 2nd of June to advise that my YouView TV set top box software has been upgraded to version 72.38.87 to include an important update.
However, despite the box being left connected overnight and despite my attempts to upgrade manually, the box remains on version 72.38.84 software.
Lynne asked in her email that I confirm that I have received the new software and complete and return her survey by 05 June. I emailed her and TT Trials addresses earlier yesterday asking what I should do, but have not received any reply.
Can you help? Thanks.
