Hi Nathan I have a similar situation in 2016. I ordered and then cancelled TV services and returned box in bag provided. Despite several calls with the last some weeks ago, I was assured that my package details would be rolled back to broadband and phone. However checked just now and my services still show TV essentials along with phone and broadband. Can you help me please as you did for previous member as I don,t have the energy to ring and explain everything all over again? Thanks Frankb
