Re: Buffering on 'milkshake'

Hi,

 

Firstly, turn the box of for 30 seconds via the button at the back, then retest.

 

If all other on demand players and channels are working then this could be the milkshake app itself.

 

You can try updating the players via Y Button > Settings > Device Management > Update On Demand Players.

 

If this fails, try a full YouView Reset and choose option 4 to 'keep recordings'. 

 

Set the box up and retest.
