I have rung up the customer service centre twice to ask for a replacement of my powerline adapter with no success. One adapter has stopped working completely, and having followed the guidelines given it still does not work. I have told talk talk this and they insist we have to pay for a new one even though we have only had them for 3 months. I am extremely annoyed that they do not understand this and the customer service adviser even said we had to pay £50 for it. It is very frustrating as I cannot get InternetTV which we are paying for. Please advice on what I can do.
