Got the same problem myself today only the error code I,m getting is TTG 239 which customer services have never heard of. Apparently, all I can do is wait a week for a bright spark engineer to call, which I find totally unreasonable. I've lost all internet and boost channels that I'm paying for cos the set top box keeps saying I can't watch these channels due to "licensing issues". I've done all usual checks etc including total reset but no joy. Come on TalkTalk get your act together I for one have had just about enough of this second rate service. Sky TV here I come
