Hi u could look at geting a bright spark booked for a day and as the fault is with talktalk eqipment it is free.
Could a oce please confirm this is true. As i think it would be qicker than waiting 3 weeks for a new one when u are a paying for what u can not use
Try on the my account login page the chat when the are free and ask them about that as that is how i would expect it to be done as when my Wifi exdender powerline adoptors went wroug they sent one out and he should have not been sent out as at the time THEY did not have the type or know about that type EVEN when he called them he was messed arround on the phone.
Why send out a Bright spark only to be told me does not have the same type of eqipment with him.
I would see if u can get a bright spark booked but try to do it via chat as u can copy the chat as prove just in case they charge u
I find u waiting 3 weeks very odd abd bad
OCE is this correct if the ur eqipment is not working then we have to wait now for u to send one new one which takes 3 weeks why not spend some money on a good next day service.
