Hi Rosy,
I've taken a look at this for you.
The account side of things is all setup correctly, the account reference numbers match the TV database, multicast is enabled at the fibre port and speeds are fine, so from a system point of view, all looks ok.
I've checked the service discovery logs and can see the box is online and communicating with the entitlement server overnight and the entitlements flag is being set correctly, so the box is basically being told what content is should receive and that has been accepted by the box.
So, all looks ok this end. Now, the IPC6023 error can b a little misleading as it is only a general connection error, it just indicates that multicast signals are not making it through to the box. This can be a failure in any part of the link from the box right back to the server, so we need to look methodically at everything in between.
I notice you have powerline adapters, but when querying these I am seeing a communication failure between the two.
To help me get to the bottom of this, I just need to ask the following.
Can you tell me if the youview box is connected directly to the router or is this connected by way of the powerline adapters ?
Are the powerline adapters directly into wall sockets ?
Have the adapters ever been replaced ?
Have you tried the adapters in different sockets?
Also, I often find it helps to manually set the connection information in the youview box.
