There is a problem receiving this channel. Check your broadband connection, cables, and any powerline adapters that you use. Then, try restarting your router.

The engineer did all that when he was here. He couldn't access the Brightsparks channel either. He also plugged his tablet into the ethernet cable to verify that the broadband was getting through and said it was a very good signal. The Youview box setting show that the broadband is connected.
