Re: How many engineers does it take to fix my fibre broadband?

Hi Debbie.  The engineer tested my line, found no fault and then tested again, after moving the socket. The broadband was working fine with excellent speed.  I expected this result after the 2 previous engineers also found no faults. I have steady internet connection so long as I don't so much as touch the router, so this may be the cause. Talk talk told me they were sending a new router and have booked a TV engineer for 25th April. While I have good internet speed, I still get the message on the tv screen, that there is a problem receiving the channels I subscribe to, advising to check the router etc. I'm looking at it right now as I'm typing.  The engineer today, suggested it might be the way my account has been set up, following my switch to fibre.

TalkTalk said they were sending me a new router but if they haven't done so yet, then yes, please could you arrange it.

thanks RosyB
