If they are trying to sell you something there is a chance they were genuine calls (but never buy from unsolicited calls anyway).
When (or if) we every get "My Account" web site back make sure all your marketing preference are set to "no". That usually stops the calls.
Changing the settings on marketing preferences can take up to 28 days to take effect.
But if that doesn't do the trick just post back on here, the OCE's can make sure you are on the don't call register.
The TPS should work as well if these are UK based calls - can't hurt to register if you haven't already.
