I signed up to talk talk last month (MARCH) and cancelled my sky account. Ive paid for the sky movies upgrade, kids upgrade, plus paid extra for the fibre broadband and connection fees. I'm being charged and paying for these services but ive had nothing. the sky movies and the kids channels say i need to upgrade my subscribtion, but it was when i signed up??? and ive been told that I've got the extras. I've rung up soooooooo many times to resolve these issues but nothing has been done. I end up completly losing my temper because ive not been connected and no one knows how to do their job it seems. My daughter is autistic and she is really suffering from not being able to access the programmes that help to ease her extreme anxiety. its been over a month, and dealing with the daily melt downs is becoming a huge drain on me and my other child. life is becoming unbearable. Nothing is being done and im getting to the point that i want all my money refunded and to to cancel the whole lot and go to a provider that can provide. ive paid £130 to this company and have recieved nothing!!! all i want is this to be resolved but the imcompetence of talk talk has left me with very little faith, and im fed up of my child with disabilties having to suffer due to the lack of care and commitment to customer service that talk talk have. ive had one month free sky movies with the upgrade but that just been wasted as well as my hard earned money.
