Hi I have this issue as well. What it is its down to limits that are on your account Karl a OCE confirmed to me it's meant to be there the limit is a hidden one which oces can not change. What I will say there is a small error at the minute that allows you to order any boosts via your remote without checking the limits. This is there to protect customers from high bills. As there is currently a error which allows you to order the boost via remote control on your box that is the only way you will be able to order the boost.
