The TalkTalk apps have been unavailable for new/reregistration since the cyber attack last October.
Some customers that already had them active and running have been able to continue using them but if for any reason they stopped functioning they were unable to reinstall.
Unfortunately there is still no confirmed date when this issue will be fixed.
