Hi. No unfortunately I can't connect direct. I would need a 20ft cable. We will try a few more times to see if it will update. I'll have a think as to whether I could move the router & plug it in by the TV. Odd thing is I know the TV has a connection. Is there another update planned that might just fix it anyway? This first happened last year but put itself right a week or two later.
