If you call our customer loyalty teams directly they can discuss the contract with you, and also arrange to downgrade any services. If there is a service that you do not use, whether it's TV or even phone or call boosts, have a chat to the team and ask them if they can look at your account and see if there is any way to reduce your monthly bill.
Our teams are really helpful and will often look at your usage and see if they can add, remove or change boosts to improve your billing.
