I was having a similar problem trying to log into my HG633 router however unlike other routers which supply the log in details either on a card or use the admin/admin log in criteria the routers from talktalk supply the log in password in extremely small numbers/letters on the sticker on the back of the router ... i needed to take a HD photo of the back of my router to clearly see the correct login detail and after that i succesfully managed to log into the HG633
granted the username is "admin" but ensure your using the correct password .... if required disconnect the router or turn it around and use a magnifying glass to see the password ... its small but you should be able to see it
