Thank you Karl and Ferguson. I appreciate your concern. However we had a call this afternoon from an engineer while I was at work and he found the BT wiring outside the house in the telegraph pole was a "mess". So he did the repair while he was here and both the Sports Boost is back on and the telephone and broadband both are working better than before. So my thanks again for your concern.
