Thanks for your message. Yes, I agree, I will see how the box goes on this time and if needed I will have to try again to get a replacement, although I found talking to the 'Customer technical care' recently like 'Pulling teeth', I felt exhausted and disappointed afterwards. It is reassuring to know you could possibly help me if necessary.
