Where are you seeing this information? It has always been the case that the two Boosts combined cost £8 as opposed to £5 individually, although the situation is further confused by the fact that discounts are often available on the individual Boosts also e.g. the Picture Box Boost is currently on offer at half-price/£2.50 for 6 months. So you need to be on your toes to keep abreast of the best deals out there!
