Entertainment Extra boost

Not a issue per say but wanted to post about my experience today. I know talk talk get a lot of stick for the outsourced call centre. Today I had to call twice to get the entertainment Extra boost half price for 18 months offer.  The first guy I spoke to was from a English call centre I ended up been a bit abrupt with this guy he incorrectly assumed I was in arrears as he was getting a error message on the account saying to try the upgrade in three months. Obviously I am sorry I was abrupt but my account is on a direct debit so is not in arrears. The second guy was from a outsourced call centre. This guy was very polite. He put me on hold a few times. Asked me if it was OK to put me on hold. He managed to sort everything out and got the discount on my account as per my request. The guy in the outsourced call centre I felt provided me with outstanding customer service.
