An engineer today replaced my faulty YouView box. Now my free Sky channels and my Sky Sports channels are all horribly pixellated and unwatchable. On the old box they had been OK. The 'on air' channels are all OK after retuning.
The YouView box is connected to the router by ethernet cable and I have rebooted both the router and the YouView box to no avail.
The engineer did comment that he had 'changed my profile at the exchange to improve my speed'. Could this be the problem? If so how do we change it back?
