Unable to receive the sky sports channels even after resetting and rebooting everything. I have spoken to the TalkTalk technical team on the phone (eventually) who said there was nothing wrong with my line, and promised to get a more senior technician to phone me (still waiting and still with error IPC6023). I have the YouView box and the DSL-2780 Router sent from TalkTalk. The router is connected directly to the YouView box. Any ideas?
