almost a month ago i was offered tv package and discount on bill for a period of time, everything was fine till the engineer turned up without the box after his van was broken into. He was very apologetic and contacted talk talk on my behalf to have a new box sent out, it was difficult for the engineer to talk to the operator due to a asian accent, but assured me the operator understood and a box would be on its way. week later no box, so i contacted talk talk and the operator also had a asian accent, i found it hard to understand at times, but struggled on, to be told that the tv package was on hold? eh? why i asked, and was told *there is no info on record apart from on hold*????? was then told i would recieve a e-mail or call regarding this issue on why no box. feeling more confused after the call, i accepted the operators wishes.
almost 3 weeks later i still havent recieved a call or email about this issue, even though i recieved a email saying my tv package was now live. Whats the point of activating the package if i dont have the box.
without being to rude, i think some of your operators/employees need some practical training, and most definitely english classes.
incidents like this give me more resolve to just leave talktalk as this is shoddy customer service, not noly this but havent heard back from anyone regarding my ridiculous d/l u/l speeds and constant dropping even though all the lights stay green. *huff puff*........ *thinks of new rant*.... hopefully someone will deal with this ASAP.
