I raised this a few weeks ago as below.
Had a call regarding my complaint. Could not be resolved as the lady stated that a £35.00 charge was required.
I asked for the complaint to be escalted higher and also stated that never ring me again. I sent an email, i expect an email response. Lady said she will ring back in 48 hours and i reminded her i do not do phone calls.
I tried to add a boost again today and was still being asked to pay a £35.00 up front charge. The live chat said they would try to help but i had that rubbish before and a waist of 30 minutes of my time.
