Hi Joe.

I've set the Humax as primary for you.

With the 2 boxes, they will both receive freeview channels, depending on aerial connection of course. The 2 boxes should also be able to view on demand content such as Iplayer , ITV player etc.

The primary box will able to view content via the TalkTalk player, so rent movies, view Sky on demand based on your current level of sky channel subscription etc.

Only the primary box will be able to view IP channels, from 301 upwards.

If you are unable to view any of the current Sky channels, for example, Sky 1 (301) then we need to look at this and find out why.

First we need to see if you can actually see the channel in the guide listings. This will confirm if the box has the entitlement flag set correctly.

If it is in the guide, but getting an error, then I need to know, what error, and how the box is connected to the router, with a cable or via a powerline adapter.  And final question, which router are you using and is it a TalkTalk supplied router.

Thanks

Karl.
