Sorry for the delay, I've just had a look at this one.
Your TV not working is actually a side effect of another issue.
I've just checked your line, and although the Fibre order has completed, you are connecting as ADSL, so the line is still authenticating against our MSAN.
I've raised this across to networks to log to Openreach to have the circuit jumpered correctly at the cabinet.
