Hi Fre55die,

 

Only our loyalty & Sales teams have access to send a TV box.  We here do not have that level of access to the system.  You could try calling and ask to speak to the loyalty teams. 

If for example you were thinking of leaving because of the situation and made them aware of that fact, they may be able to send one with a returns bag.
