Hi Karl, I have just reset the YouView box, I still have the same problem, I can view recordings back to the 3rd January 2016 but any older ones can not be viewed & this message is displayed " This recording is currently unavailable. For more information & help press OK. IPC6039".
All recordings then become unavailable until the internet channels are re-set up, then it’s back to only viewing recordings made after the 3rd January, as before.
Any suggestions please, because as I indicated earlier there has been no break in my subscription & it is still valid.
