My line went down 3rd Jan sorted today the 15th To make things worse my youview box seized up sunday the 10th Jan reported it on the 11th have to wait till the 9th Feb for an engineer to tell me the box is faulty. Because of the problem of the phone i used chat my broadband was still working and I was promised a replacement youview box in the post, by thursay 14th I used chat again and found the order got cancelled so I was asked if I want to escalate and get back on chat in 24 hrs to find out about the escalation and get a tracking no. Well guess what I got on chat today and again no escalation went through, got all the usual apologies, was asked to escalate again and then was told he will put me on chat to another department they will be able to deal with the problem. Guess what after going through all the check ups again after a couple of minutes I was told he cannot deal with the problem because its the wrong department. Fantastic how to pass the buck.
Anyway He gave me the technical dept no 0870 0878777, which I duly phoned It took 20 minutes to get through, Though the lady tried to be helpful again I was told it is the wrong deptment to deal with the problem but at least she managed to bring the appoitment closer to the 28th January
How about that for passing the Buck I just took the free3 months of skysports 1st of January that was a waste of time
I am sorry to say the service has been abysmal and really sorry I signed for another 18months contract
