Hi Karl, Thanks for the update. BT attended my house and exchange on Monday and found no issues. will hopefully hear from network team soon and find out whats happening. what i have noticed though is that my connection speed has now dropped from around 70mb to 56mb, and also has changed to interleaved from fast, i am hoping this will raise again !! suspect the DLM didnt like the router being rebooted/reset numerous times. i assume you dont have remote access to reset DLM?.
