Well today I received a call from a guy called Owen and all is now resolved, simple and straightforward just as it should have been from the start.

Truth be told if my initial contact had been with someone of his calibre I would still be a TalkTalk customer.

In no way am I racist or predudiced but I have to say having none UK people trying to deal with customer problems is a problem in itself, I'm afraid too many may speak English but they don't think in English and in that process much is lost, it's a question of actual comprehension of what the customer is saying; at the very least the 2nd tier of support should be UK based, staffed by people who's native language is English.

Now I think I'll go and hide before the folk who want to deliberately create issues and get attention start to tell me I am being predudicial.Robot Indifferent
