On a trip to India in November/December 2014 I tried to e-mail my family from a computer in our hotel. TalkTalk blocked me from sending e-mails, saying that is was not possible to access one's account on any computer other than your own home registered computer. I have always been able to do this in the past from anywhere in the world. TalkTalk blamed the cyber attack!!! If they haven't sorted out this problem in 4 months I have my doubts as to whether they ever will!!! Any comments?
