just rrecently, catch up not working, and, since renewing contract, we have been capped at 17 mb download, whereas, on a 1 month roll on contract, we were receiving up to 24 mb download, Can you please look into this for me, and help , please. If it is possible, I want my , up to 24 mb download back, but, more so, need help with the catch up . I await your reply, patiently. Also, can you please check if I am still on fastpath, as we online game too. I have always received good service from yourselves in the past. thanks in anticipation.
