thanks . i emailed there and got a phone call from a ceo .. But had already got it sorted the day before and took almost 3 hours of being on hold just to correct a tiny issue ????? 2 inquiries i had . The not free ?? and a refund on payed bills ?? and was put on hold for both so they could talk to a manager (dont buy this at all , more of a waiting game to see if u leave) had phone picked back up 4 times on each inquirey , sound came back , i say hello after a pause and am put back on hold ???? The issue ( i hope) is sorted but no thanks to talk talk really , more to me for my relentless waiting and not quitting ..
