I was given 3 months free PictureBox by way of compensation for ongoing issues we had for the first 5 months we were with TT. This happens just a few days ago, when I realised that this compensation had never been applied to my account, so made a complaint.
I had not at that stage, and still haven't chosen our Free upgrade that expires on 7th January.
I went to select that this evening and my option to select my upgrade has disappeared - my account sasys that I have already chosen 3 months PictureBox.
How do I get this reinstated?
I am hesitant to use Chat or call TT as it has been my experience that these options never actually provide satisfaction before I make a complaint.
