I attempted the reset as you suggested, but unfortunately this has not resolved my problem.
The reset of the box was not 100% successful. The initial installation went fine, then the tuning took place detecting only freeview channels (no internet channels), then when the device attempted to load the latest version of software, it failed to download. Unfortunately the device does not give a detailed error message or specific error code.
Once I completed the other remaining setup steps and the TV was on, the internet channels are still not visible in the guide.
Any more suggestions before I attempt to book an appointment with an engineer?
