Unable to view boosts since upgrade to fibre

Hi, i am unable to view any boosts since upgrade from DSL to fibre large, I am getting an IPC6023 error. Youview box connected to router via powerline adapters and connection testing ok and also able to view on demand programs have tried all the suggested tips on forum like youview maintenance reset, router reset (hg633) and going into advanced settings in router and checking IGMP (Multicast) was enabled (disabled and renabled, but still same). Any help on this matter would be appreciated as not getting much joy from talktalk tech support on online chat, still awaiting on a trouble shooting email.
