Tried all that with still no joy, the software versions are:
Manufacturer Software - 72.37.69
Component Software - 2.9.36
I am assuming the software for the Youview box is diferent to the Talk Talk player software and that is my where my problem is I think. I updated the Manufacturer software by doing the reset on the Youview box.
So not sure what else an end user can do, also I can't access MY Account due to some other technical problem Talk Talk has.
