Unfortunately installing the new router hasn't worked - in fact, on resetting the system per your previous instructions the "boost" channels no longer even appear on my channels list. I note that when resetting the system, everything as absolutely fine until the software update, which always fails. I have tried several times to update the software, both by a complete system reset and also by going into it via the menu on the YouView box, but it fails every time. I don't know if this failure to update the software is what is causing the problem with being able to watch the extra channels? I'm now wondering if it may be because my YouView box is now quite old, possibly not functioning properly any more? Any more ideas you may have would be very welcome
